I would to share here how grateful I am for staying at this place for the second time, when I got there for a late check-in, Booking had an issue and didn't send the confirmation to the hotel's system. Danne the front desk representative helped us to figured out on how to keep the same ratings and to check us in without a long wait. We will come back to this place whenever traveling to Chicago in the near future.

The breakfast was good. Beverages are not included with prepaid breakfast when booking, this includes coffee however you can purchase from Starbucks on premises 😬😐 the coffee was delicious 😋 😀

I love everything about my room, it had balcony,it was nice and clean. It smell good ,the temperature of the room the shower pressure and temperature were great

The bar was excellent with a fully stocked selection of spirits and food. The location was perfect for a red-eye flight the following morning. This is now my go-to hotel for OHare
